Driver Benefits:
a. Medical Insurance - provided after 90 days
of employment. Premiums paid by DriveLine.
b. Paid Vacations - One week of paid vacation after 1 year of service.
c. Sign-On Bonus - $500 paid after 90 days of employment.
d. Referral Bonus - Employees recommending a new driver who is subsequently

Driver Requirements:
a. Driver must have at least 2 years of
verifiable over-the-road commercial driving experience in equipment similar to
that which s/he will be operating. This experience should be immediately
prior to employment with DriveLine International.
b. Driver should be at least 25 years of age.
c. DriveLine's maximum acceptable numbers of moving violations and
preventable accidents are as follows:
i. No more than 3 moving
violations within the past 3 years and no more than 1 moving violation in the
past 12 months.
ii. No excessive speeding, involving any single offense for
any speed of 15mph or above the posted speed limit.
iii. No improper or erratic lane changes.
iv. No infractions for following the vehicle ahead too
closely.
v. No more than 2 preventable accidents within the past 2
years.
vi. No DWI, DUI convictions ever in a CMV.
vii. Reckless driving violations, as defined by State or
Local law or regulation, including but not limited to the offense of driving a
motor vehicle in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or
property will not be permitted.
